Logan Wray- Chief Executive Officer
Logan Wray, as a co founder of ITinvolve, leads the company’s strategic direction, customer relationships and operational disciplines. With more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, Logan has initiated start-ups, managed large software enterprises and provided financial direction to billion dollar multi-national software organizations. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and general manager of NetIQ where he led the acquisition and turn around of the business to profitability. Prior to NetIQ, Logan was chief operating officer of Motive, Inc., leading the company to a successful IPO while managing all customer-facing operations including sales and service. Logan was also the chief financial officer of Sterling Software as well as a partner at Ernst and Young. Logan holds a bachelor of science in commerce from the University of Virginia.
Rob Reiner – Chief Technology Officer
Rob Reiner, as a co founder of ITinvolve, serves as chief technology officer, responsible for the product innovation, technical direction, and all the product development activities. Additionally, Rob represents the company in technology-related government, academic and industry groups. Rob most recently served as chief technology officer and vice-president of engineering for NetIQ where he led product direction and engineering across all product suites including change, security and performance management, as well as IT process automation. Before NetIQ, Rob worked at BMC software where he was responsible for their flagship product, “Patrol”, and all Common Technology across Engineering. All these organizations achieved unprecedented growth with his strategic product leadership. Rob holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Houston.
Scott Jones – Senior Vice President, Sales
Scott Jones is responsible for ITinvolve’s worldwide sales efforts as Senior Vice President of Sales. With more than 22 years of inside and field sales experience, Scott joins the ITinvolve management team from KONY, a mobile application development solution. As Vice President of Sales, Vertical Applications and Business Development at KONY, he was responsible for building a business development team as well as an inside sales team. Prior to ITinvolve, Scott has held various sales and sales management positions for leading software companies such as Sybase, McAfee, PentaSafe Security Technologies and BMC Software. Scott is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.
Matt Selheimer – Vice President, Marketing
Matthew Selheimer is responsible for all aspects of ITinvolve marketing as Vice President of Marketing, including: corporate and product positioning; social media; demand generation; direct and online marketing; media and analyst relations, thought leadership; and internal communications. A 17-year industry veteran, he has rich and diverse experience spanning enterprise business applications, IT management software, data center hardware and consulting. Previously, he held executive marketing and product management positions at BMC Software, as well as sales, business development, alliance management, systems engineering, and consulting positions at Informatica Corporation, Compaq Computer, and Deloitte & Touche. Matthew holds an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University and a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Michael Mychalczuk – Sr. Director, Product Management
Michael Mychalczuk is responsible for leading ITinvolve’s product management and product strategy. As part of ITinvolve’s founding team, Michael has more than 10 years of senior product management experience, and more than 25 years of IT operations and information security experience. Most recently, he served as Sr. product line manager for NetIQ’s administration and identity products. Mike was instrumental in the integration of the NetIQ and Novell identity and access management products following the acquisition of Novell by Attachmate. Previously, he has held leadership positions in IT operations at Sprint and the University of Central Missouri. Michael is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri.
